1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
Certain products (such as perishable goods, personal care items, or customized products) may not be eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
3. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first at  service@boraxer.com
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check with your bank or credit card provider.
